"Faith in Action" - He Chose to "Do Something Instead of Nothing"

I just read an account on Samaritan's Purse's website about a man in Haiti named, Esaie and how he shows us what "faith in action" looks like. Even though this man had virtually nothing, he chose to use what he has to help 15 children orphaned by the earthquake. Read about this man and then think about what you can do to make a difference, too!


Part of effective children's ministry has to involve "Putting Feet to Their Faith" and equipping children to live what they learn. Read my earlier post which explains two specific projects you could involve the children in your ministry with to help the people of Haiti through Samaritan's Purse. We can choose to "do something instead of nothing" and model making a difference to the children in our ministries so they will do the same!
