Games are not only fun to play, but a great way to foster communication, togetherness and conversation . . . I'd like to encourage churches to grab their calendars and schedule a family game night. Gather the families in your church and community for an evening or Saturday afternoon - of fun . . . ask each family to bring their favorite game, a dozen of their favorite cookies and/or some popcorn, fire up the microwaves and enjoy your time together!
This goes for families, too! Schedule a family game night for your family - even invite a neighbor to join in the fun. Be sure to use the time to talk with your children about things that really matter . . . what is happening in their lives, the best and worst thing about their day and to remind them how very much you love them!
Thank you USAopoly for sending games for my review and for the give-away! Next Friday I'll announce our new Family Pick and drawing so be sure to check back the 11th of February!
