Scope and Sequence -

1. Week 1 - The Gift of Hope - "God always keeps His promises which is why we celebrate Christmas! God sent Jesus to earth to carry out His rescue plan. We have hope because Jesus came to save us from our sins!"
2. Week 2 - The Gift of Wisdom - "We need to be humble in order to recognize Jesus as the only King able to save us from our sins! Godly wisdom requires putting our faith into action!"
3. Week 3 - The Gift of Love - "God loves you because He loves you! He loves you so much that He sent His Son Jesus to save you which is why Christmas is so great!"
4. Week 4 - The Gift of Joy - "God always keeps His promises. When He promised to provide a way for mankind to be saved from their sins in Genesis, He followed through by sending His Son Jesus. Because of what Jesus did on the cross, we have the gifts of Hope, Wisdom, Love and Joy. When you turn to Jesus and trust in Him alone to save you, you can be sure that He will keep His promise and one day come back to be with you forever."

This Christmas curriculum from Go Fish was designed to answer five questions: "Why is Christmas so important? Why did God send His Son to earth? Is our sin really that big of a problem? Did God really unveil His plan for our salvation way back in Genesis? Is Jesus coming back again?"
