April - Let's Focus on Recruiting!

As I've said before, I LOVE recruiting volunteers! What could be more fun than inviting people to share God's love with children and in the process experience incredible joy?!!! People would pay nearly any price for joy, but it isn't something you can buy . . . it is a gift from God and one way you get this gift is by serving, so I never feel bad about asking people to serve in children's ministry! 


All the month of April I'll be talking about recruiting and will share recruiting plans which you could put in place the month of May . . . plan now to focus all of May on recruiting the volunteers you need for the Fall. By doing this in May you will have the summer to fill in any places you may still need a teacher before the Fall ministry begins and you will be able to plan for volunteer training in the summer so when the Fall arrives you are ready to go!
