- Make prayer a primary part of all recruiting - pray for the volunteers you need and pray for the volunteers you have!
- Approach recruiting from the perspective that recruiting is fun because you are helping people discover the joy which comes from serving - what could be better?
- Remember, God cares the most if you have the volunteers you need so He has placed the people you need in your church - some know this, others do not . . . yet! Finding them is like being on a treasure hunt!
- Keep the volunteers you have - this brings strength and stability to your ministry
- Remember - Everyone who believes is part of the body and has something to offer!
