Sneak Peek for VBS 2015 - Camp Kilimanjaro from Answers in Genesis

While you may be focused on VBS 2014, I'm happy for the opportunity today to let you know about Answer in Genesis' VBS for 2015 - Camp Kilimanjaro! I have to say, it looks really interesting!

Answers in Genesis says; "Jambo! Welcome to Camp Kilimanjaro, where you'll have an epic expedition through the book of Proverbs! Every day, our kids are faced with choices—will they choose wisely or foolishly? As they safari up Mount Kilimanjaro, your trekkers learn true wisdom comes only from the one true all-wise God, who wants us to be wise! And He's filled the book of Proverbs with wise sayings for us! As they study Proverbs, your hikers will learn to have

• ears which hear and do the Word of God; - 1 Kings 3–4 (King Solomon) and Various Proverbs (Monday)
• hearts which trust in the Lord; - Genesis 1–3; Romans 3, 5, 6, 10; Proverbs (Gospel Day - Tuesday)
• tongues which are tame; - Various Proverbs (Bullying, boasting, gossiping, complaining—will we choose death words or life words? - Wednesday)
• hands which get to work; - Proverbs 6:6-11 and Various Proverbs (Thursday)
• feet which walk with the wise! - 1 Kings 11:1-11 (King Solomon) and Various Proverbs (Friday)

I love the idea of a "Trek through Proverbs" and am especially looking forward to seeing how Answers in Genesis puts it all together! The Bible content of Camp Kilimanjaro looks very solid and like a resource which will be very effective.
