As I've been saying when we think about Children's Ministry, it is a given we want to share God's love with the children - and one way we do this is by being sure we show love to them as well. Today I'm sharing my #2 way to do this . . . - Hugs, Pats on the Back and High-Fives! Of course with the concerns about child safety, hugs need to be side hugs and only in the presence of others, but a pat on the back or high five are additional great ways we can show love to the children in our ministries!
We absolutely want the children in our ministries to know the people who lead and teach in their children's ministry, most certainly loves them. Hugs, pats on the back and high-fives are a great way to show it!
