- Civets are able to hunt, capture, and eat cobras!
- Echidnas are able to dream . . . but only if it is 77 degrees outside. They will not dream if it is warmer or colder!
- Blue-Footed Booby Birds are a big fan of their own blue feet. When a male wants to find a female, he dances a silly dance, holding his feet high to show off their beautiful blue color.
- Surprisingly, Tree Kangaroos do not hop well, but they are excellent climbers! They live most of their lives in trees and are able to climb as high as a ten-story building!
- Giraffes hum and a group of them is called a “tower”.
- Spiders are able to climb anything – even upside down, because they have so many hairs on their legs and feet – and even the hair on their feet have hair on them! An average spider has more than 600,000 hairs and they help them stick like magnets to everything.
