Don't Worry: It is Impossible to Spoil Grandchildren & Zephaniah 3:17

Please share this with the parents and grandparents in your ministry - I wrote a book, Don't Worry: It is Impossible to Spoil Grandchildren, which shares my joy as a grandma and my heart for passing on a heritage of faith to my three, sweet rascal grandsons! In my book I share some of my, "sweet grandson stories" and talk about passing on a heritage of faith. At the end of each chapter I share a Scripture passage and then personalize it into a prayer which grandparents/parents can then pray for themselves and their grandchildren/children.

Don't Worry: It is Impossible to Spoil Grandchildren was written to encourage and challenge grandparents and parents to commit to and focus on passing on a heritage of faith. You will find it at the following link. This is a book you could recommend to grandparents and parents in your church to help them think and talk through what they can do to pass on their faith to the children they love.

I thought it would be fun today to share with you one of the Scripture prayers from, Don't Worry: It is Impossible to Spoil Grandchildren. . .
Consider making Zephaniah 3:17 your prayer;
 “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”
Dear God, thank You so much for being with me and for saving me! It fills my heart with such joy to know You take great delight in me; thank You!  I am so grateful for Your love and grace and delighted to know You rejoice over me with singing! Please help my grandchildren understand You are with them and will save them, too! Please help them experience the joy which comes with knowing You take great delight in them! As they go through this day, please help them experience both Your love and grace and help them remember You rejoice over them with singing! Thank You for Your great love for us; I love You, too! Amen!
